I went in to this strong, the rest day did help though I’m still nursing a runny nose which I don’t think is going to go away until I take a few days off which isn’t going to happen. Maybe it will subside during next weeks rest.
Generally I do the workouts with the boys and will pause more frequently but this was my first run through non-stop which was definitely different and good, the burn was there and great. The only thing I struggled substantially with was the diamond pushups. After finishing the hour I felt extremely nausious and wasn’t so sure about Ab Ripper X.
I rested for about 15 minutes, had a sip of water and jumped in to Ab Ripper X and I’m so glad I did. The nausea went away and I finished 20 shy of the total 349 reps done throughout the workout. 329 definitely worked for me but I’m going to push harder next time, I don’t feel the burn so much today.
