Day 16: Plyometrics

So this was the last day of Plyometrics until May 3rd… I just don’t know how I’ll cope…

This is one of those love/hate situations.  I really love the burn this gives and the hardcore cardio for but now I’ve got to take a break for a week and a half before I do it again which hopefully won’t be too horrible.

Everything’s definitely getting easier… this I don’t think really gets easy per se but the body gets used to it and can handle the intensity.  I wasn’t super exhausted like the last 2 weeks.  The only thing that concerns me that if it’s getting easier then maybe I’m not doing something right or I’m not getting the same results?

Starting Phase 2 should answer my questions..
